We love food and are always happy to taste something new. As long as what you buy and eat is not deadly, feel free to experiment in the kitchen.
Consume the foods you’ve got used to or try out something absolutely new, but please careful with the following foods:
1. Fruit Seeds
Fruits are recommended by doctors, coaches, dieticians and other professionals. We know how beneficial their flesh is. However, some of the most common fruits have dangerous seeds. Apples, cherries and peaches have cores that contain prussic acid. This is a type of hydrogen cyanide also known as Hydrogen cyanide. It’s highly poisonous if consumed. Before eating your fruits, remove the cores and seeds.
